The Town Dental requires a holding fee (deposit) of £50 for the first consultation to be booked. 

This deposit is refundable if a cancellation is needed within 48 hours of scheduled consultation.

If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, then the deposit is non-refundable.

Any appointments after the initial consultation will require a pre discussed deposit before appointments can be booked, this may be for but not limited to: 

• Allow the spread of cost if necessary. 

• Send lab work to the appropriate laboratory.

• To secure appointment booking. 

Charges will also apply if the appointment is missed depending on the length of time the appointment is booked in for. This is due to lost clinical time implications. 

The Town Dental sends out reminder messages for appointments out of courtesy and will not be liable if the contact details such as mobile numbers or emails are supplied incorrectly. It is the patient’s obligation to attend their appointments and to ensure they record them as necessary and update any personal details when needed.
